Calling all artists! Our next POP UP Art Shops will be October 7th and Holiday POP UP Dec 2nd . Both POP UP Art Shops will be outside and we hope to have Good Little Eater and Red Barn Coffee join us. We will be offering a Free Making Activity as usual. You can start to sign up today!
How to Apply - Please email the following information to infoartscenter@okstate.edu

- Date you would like to participate. (See dates below)
- Shop Website
- Social Media Outlets
- One to three photos of work that can be shared for marketing purposes
- A brief description of what you will sell at the Pop Up Art Shops
If you do not send Prairie the above information, you will not be guaranteed your date. If you need help with pictures, please reach out to our staff for assistance with your photographs.

Prairie Arts Center staff will assign all spots. Artists may arrive no earlier than 9:00am Please stay until 1pm and do not pack up early.
Can I share a space with another vendor?
Yes! We request that you make those arrangements before submitting your application. The names on the application should include both businesses represented. Uploaded photos should also represent all of the products sold at the Pop Up Arts Shop. We request that no more than two vendors share a space. When you apply, indicate which business should receive the invoice.
What is your cancellation policy?
When Oklahoma State University closes due to inclement weather, the center does as well. In this case, the event will be canceled and rescheduled dates will be provided. Any cancellations for the event by the artists should be made no later than three days prior. Failure to not show up may result in not being asked backed.
Please note: Artist-vendors who participate in the Pop Up Art Shops are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner with other artist-vendors, members of the public, and Prairie Arts staff. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from future Pop Up Art Shops at Prairie Arts.
